Today I am here to introduce a very good friend of many of us:
He is a friend, whom you want to keep all the time.
He controls you totally
Whenever you are in movie or a closed hall, he asks you to take him out so that he can enjoy the surrounding.
Irrespective of place and time he asks you to pick him up.
He has a peculiar odor.
He has 81 Cancer Causing Chemicals Plus 4,000 Extra Chemicals
He sits on your chest and makes your breath difficult
He helps colds and flu catch you easily.
He is expected to kill up to 2.5 million middle-aged humans.
He causes cancers, Heart disease , Stained teeth, fingers, and hair, Asthma , Gastrointestinal difficulties, Headaches, Leukoflakia (smoker's patch), Insomnia , Heart murmur Buerger's disease (inflammation of blood vessel linings) , Shortness of breath, Arthritis , Smoker's hack, Nervousness Wrinkles and premature aging.
Well, this is the story of your "friend," your cigarette. No real friend would do all this to you. Cigarettes are the worst possible enemies you ever had. They are expensive, addictive, socially unacceptable, and deadly.consider all these and Never take another Puff
Breathe deep, hug hard, and live long!
If you are a smoker, quit ! If you are a not a smoker, get people to quit! Talk to a friend, your spouse, a smoker! Help Them
Its never late make you choice and choose..
Which Battle Is Easier?
The battle to quit smoking today
or the battle to save a diseased
or dying body tomorrow?
The battle to quit smoking today

ReplyDeletehey, but the thing with addiction is that it never allows you to take control of mind. Each step towards quitting smoking leads you to a more chronic smoker.... how do you explain this phenomenon?
ReplyDeletewhen u decide to quit smoking firmly, thts when u r controlling your mind or taking charge of your mind.. your determination towards the task counts.. i don't think trying to quit smoking may lead to be a chronic smoker..
