THE ART OF EMPOWERING A MAN
Just as men need to learn the art of listening to fulfill a woman's primary love needs, women need to learn the art of empowerment. When women enlist the support of a man, she empowers him to be all that he can be. A man feels empowered when he is trusted accepted, appreciated, admired, approved of, and encouraged.
Many women try to help their man by improving him but unknowingly weaken or hurt him. Any attempt to change him takes away the loving trust. Acceptance, appreciation, admiration, approval, and encouragement are his primary needs.
The secret of empowering a man is never to try to change him or improve him. Certainly you may want him to change-just don't act on that desire. Only if he directly and specifically asks for advice is he open to assistance in changing.
She tries to change him or improve him. She thinks her attempts to change him love, but he feels controlled, manipulated, rejected, and unloved. He will stubbornly reject her because he feels she is rejecting him. When a woman tries to change a man, he is not getting the loving trust and acceptance he actually needs to change and grow.
The problem is that when a man resists her attempts to improve him, she misinterprets his response. She mistakenly thinks he is not willing to change, probably because he does not love her enough. The truth is, however, that he is resistant to changing because he believes he is not being loved enough. When a man feels loved, trusted, accepted, appreciated, and so forth, automatically he begins to change, grow, and improve.
When a man does not feel loved just the way he is, he will either consciously or unconsciously repeat the behavior that is not being accepted. He feels an inner compulsion to repeat the behavior until he feels loved and accepted.
For a man to improve himself he needs to feel loved in an accepting way. Otherwise he defends himself .He needs to feel accepted just the way he is, and then he, on his own, will look for ways to improve.
Men motto is "Don't fix it, if it isn't broken." When a woman attempts to change a man, he receives the message that she thinks he is broken. This hurts a man and makes him very defensive. He doesn't feel loved and accepted.
A man needs to be accepted regardless of his imperfections. To accept a person's imperfections is not easy. Especially when we see how he could become better. It does, however, become easier when we understand that the best way to help him grow is to let go of trying to change him in any way.

The Magic of Love is Lost ! ! !
How does it happen?
Why does it happen?
Why does it happen to us?
Why does it happen?
Why does it happen to us?
Each day millions of people are searching for a partner to experience that special loving feeling.
Each year, millions of couples fall in love and then get separated as they have lost that loving feeling.
People who are married, only 50 percent stay together & another 50 percent are not satisfied in their life, but still stay together out of obligations.
To answer these questions, we should consider few people who are able to grow in love. Yes, it does happen when men and women are able to respect and accept their differences, then love has a chance to blossom.
Men and women are not aware of that they have different emotional needs. Men typically give in relationships what men want, while women give what women want. Each mistakenly assumes that the other has the same needs and desires. As a result they both end up dissatisfied.
Both men and women feel they give and give but do not get back. They feel their love isUnacknowledged and unappreciated. The truth is they are both giving love but not in the desired manner.
Men mistakenly expect women to think, communicate, and react the way men do; women mistakenly expect men to feel, communicate, and respond the way women do.
We have forgotten that men and women are supposed to be different. As a result, our relationships are filled with unnecessary friction and conflict.
Clearly recognizing and respecting these differences dramatically reduce confusion. And, more important, we can learn how to best love and support the people we care about.
Give space to ur partners & trust them...
Love is magical, and it can last, if we remember our differences.
Bharathi...

Then & Now...
Me: hi My fren: hey, hru?
Me: ya grt hw abt u?
My fren: ya gud
Blah Blah Balh.....After 10 min..
My fren : hhhvf
Me: wht does tht mean?
My fren: ha ha ha very funny
Me :uff ( thinking ..”this is wht our English”)
This was the chat with my friend, “hhhvf” this made me to think about the English what we use in our daily chats and while texting over mobile phones
If I correctly remember, 2000 was the year when my English got messed up big time. That was the time when I got exposed to the concept of chatting through Yahoo Messenger, MSN and so on…
Not only my English I think every form of communication got affected like…
- No one uses hand written letters (bad time for postal department)
- Same hold good for greeting cards
- No personal photo albums ..
I knw there are many more, but right now these flashed my mind….
You share information just by a click of button and receive everything in a flash of seconds. Besides all these our verbal and written English changed.
Honestly, the other reason for this change is time, yes who have time to meet people for long and lovely conversations by taking out the time out of their busy days , drive long .. Instead, everything can be conveyed by sitting at home over mobile phones

I honestly understand what this lovely language has given all of us. And I wish that ,this won’t be messed up further in our chats & texting .
Ths is wht I wnt 2 tell u ppl, u knw wht I’m tryng 2 say

I & U... What If we cud understand each other?
Women: Men won’t listen to women
Men: Women talk a lot
Men forget everything; Women remember everything.
Women: When a relationship ends, a woman will cry and pour her heart out to her girlfriends, and she will write a poem titled "All Men Are Idiots". Then she will get on with her life.
Men: A man has a little more trouble letting go. Six months after the break-up, at 3:00 a.m. on a Saturday night, he will call and say, "I just wanted to let you know you ruined my life, and I'll never forgive you, and I hate you, and you're a total floozy. But I want you to know that there's always a chance for us." This is known as the "I Hate You / I Love You" drunken phone call, that 99% of all men has made at least once.

Women take clothing much more seriously than men. I've never seen a man walk into a party and say "Oh, my God, I'm so embarrassed; get me out of here. There's another man wearing a black blazer.”
Hmmm the list goes on…
Human Race is categorized based on gender. From the day a person is born he/she is identified by the gender. Gender issues started from the day god created EVE and ADAM. Till now the men and women are trying to cope up with each other.
Difference in opinions, thoughts, interests, actions, decisions. They just complain at each other. I have a question do we really need/possible to have some one who is similar in thoughts and interests. Isn’t boring?? Right?
In relation if you respect each other opinions or interests, u can explore many new things together. Rather doing that, we make the relationship complicated and then search for help over friends,Google and online forums. “How to make my GF/BF/partner happy and what could be my next step?” Do we really have to change ourselves based on some articles and books?
Gals change to please their boyfriend and change themselves and after quite time u r not the one whom he loved. There!!! Starts the clash “u have changed” “no you have changed” CRAP!! Y don’t you understand that the other person has chosen you over everybody, without any logic or theory he/she has fallen in love with you and today you try applying the theories and judge your partner ?
To put it in simple terms “Men” struggle every day to meet the goals imposed by the society, are expected to hold down steady jobs, provide for themselves and their families and to do everything (including in relationships) with "honor". It doesn’t mean that women are not under such obligations. Women too work and try to make a perfect home and are tired of doing both.
Both men and women are:
Self-centered & selfish, Deep inside everyone is looking for love ,Will start a fight either side, will lose temper, Need appreciation from the other, Jealous, suspicious
Women view commitment as security, future, family, love, closeness, support and many other "good" things, men often view commitment as responsibility, stress, loss of freedom, loss of choice, a life of toiling to meet the demands of that relationship, and many other "bad" things! In fact, these are very common feelings among most men.
There are differences, coz of various reasons (biological and societal) , but we need each other. When you love ur partner, we don’t see the flaws. Discuss, respect each other opinions. Give preference to each other U can built your own wonderful & beautiful world. Don’t ever give up a relation .Be careful with your words. Once they’re said, they can only be forgiven, NOT forgotten.
Girls,
Don't search for Prince Charming! They don’t exist, or married, engaged, gay, or don’t know what they want. LOWER ur expectations. If he wants you, he’ll say it, if he cares, he’ll show it. If not, he's not worth your time! So try NOT to fall for someone who isn’t willing to catch you and curse the rest.
Guyz ,
Treat women the same way you would want your daughter to be treated. Why cheat in relationships? If you’re not happy, be honest and finish the relationship with some dignity
Finally Life's to short to hide feelings. So don’t be afraid to tell people how u feel. You never know if they have the same feelings
At the end of the day, Being loved in return brings you happiness words can't explain
So Guyz & Gals…

So Guyz & Gals…
When you are wrong, admit it; when you are right, shut the hell up..
Cheers,
Bharathi.

If I were a Boy
I am just wondering why I was born as a gal and not a guy. If I had a choice I would have preferred to be a guy for all the stupid reasons I have:
I wud hv dressed up the way I want, Wear the baggy things, walk down on the street with faded shorts
Leave the hair uncombed, grow beard
Have a big tattoo on shoulder.
Get a great bike and drive long distances (experience the speed)
Roam on streets till what ever time I want and whenever I want
Would have chosen mountaineering as my profession
Experienced harsh words from dad
Drink beers(list continues) with friends in a beach
Break the rules according to my Wish
Enjoy night life
Flirt with many gals and date many ;-)
Less gossiping
Wud hv done crazy & Wild acts
Loved a pretty gal, experienced her love and wud have never hurt my baby ( as i knw how it feels)
Wud hv never cheated on my partner.
Finally I will experience how it feels like to be a guy !
Life would have been so much more WONDERFUL!
Not that being a girl life is miserable or anything; it has its own merits..
Luv,
Bharu..
